PicsArt is a photo editing app. And it has limitless and fantastic features. And you can edit your pictures like Studio, and it's free android app and you can use this app easily. I tell you same tool name of this app.

First download PicsArt from Play Store. Then open and click on edit button. And select your picture. After selecting Your picture. You will see many tools in down side.
